Where does the Masterclass content live?
When you register, you receive an invitation to your own dedicated Masterclass group on Skool — a clean, private space that contains everything included in your purchase. Do I have lifetime access?
Yes — lifetime access is included as standard. Your Masterclass group, all session replays, the video vault, and all resources are yours to return to whenever you need them. There is no expiry date and no ongoing subscription required.
Do I need to attend live, or can I watch the replay?
We strongly recommend attending live — the Q&A and case discussion components are where much of the deeper learning happens. That said, both sessions are recorded in full and added to your Masterclass group immediately after each call, so you can watch back any time at your own pace.
Is there pre-reading required?
Yes — and it is included with your registration at no extra cost. For the Tinnitus Masterclass, you will receive access to The Tinnitus Guide Skool program and the A Practical Guide to Understanding and Recovery eBook. For the Tongue Tie Masterclass, you will receive access to the Tongue Tie for Parents Skool program. Completing these before the first session ensures every attendee arrives at the same foundation so we can go much deeper together.
Will I be added to the referral list after completing the Masterclass?
Yes. One of the core reasons we created these Masterclasses is to build a referral network we can confidently direct patients to. After completing the training, practitioners are added to our internal list and we begin directing enquiries to you based on location.
Can I take just one Masterclass?
Absolutely. Each Masterclass is completely self-contained and available individually at $497 USD. If you want to attend both, the bundle is $897 USD — saving you $97.
I am based outside Australia or the US — is this relevant for me?
Yes. The clinical framework, assessment strategies, and techniques taught are not jurisdiction-specific. We have practitioners in our community from across Australia, the US, the UK, Europe, and beyond. Session times are listed in multiple time zones for exactly this reason.
